Participants must be above 18 years of age. The service is restricted to residents of the Republic of Kenya.
Users must provide an email and password during registration. A verification process is required for new accounts. Users are required to secure their accounts using passwords and game pins.
Prohibited activities include cheating and abusive behavior. RGT reserves the right to ban accounts and take legal action if the violation involves stealing money.
Users can purchase a maximum of one token per day. Fees are associated with purchasing game tokens on the purchaser’s side. Game tokens cannot be transferred between users.
The leaderboard is determined from the highest score to the lowest score, with ties broken based on who joined the leaderboard first. If a tournament is disrupted or cannot be completed, users should send an email to support@rgt.co.ke for assistance. Rewards might be withheld or forfeited if there is suspicion of cheating.
No fees are associated with withdrawing cash rewards. The minimum amount that can be withdrawn at one time is KSH 100, and the maximum is KSH 10,000.
Users are responsible for maintaining the integrity of the platform by being honest and respectful. Issues or disputes related to tournaments and rewards can be reported by sending an email to support@rgt.co.ke.

RGT assumes no liabilities in relation to the use of the platform. While we endeavor to ensure consistent performance and availability, server downtime will affect performance and availability and is beyond our control.
Users will be informed about changes to the terms and conditions via email. RGT can terminate or suspend a user’s account under suspicion of fraud or cheating.
